Refund Policy

Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before sending an e-mail to hello@boldskies.com notifying us about your refund or exchange intent.
Please also note that if you change your mind about your purchase, you have up 24h to notify us via email (hello@boldskies.com) in order for the respective refund to be issued.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, send us an email at hello@boldskies.com together with a picture of the respective damage or defect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you'd like a refund before 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), please send us an e-mail to hello@boldskies.com. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, we will let you know where to send the items you want to return. Returned items must show no signs of wear and tear and be unused. After we have received the items in good conditions your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the shipping cost for returned items will not be refunded by Bold Skies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
